Refund policy

At Brotein Agro, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal in fresh vegetables, fruits, and agricultural products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality and safety.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • A significant quantity is missing from the order.

Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via phone or email.

Please provide:

  • Order details
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Refunds

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The product has been consumed or partially used.
  • The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product was damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Minor variations in size, color, shape, or appearance occur naturally in agricultural products.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
